Benenden, a mutual healthcare society, partnered with the LTA Aegon Championships to sponsor the Queens, Birmingham and Eastbourne tennis events.
As their activation partner we conceptualised and managed their site space across the three events.
With a tennis through the ages theme, the Benenden stand made health care engaging for attendees. Across the three-week event series, we ran several on-stand activities from zinc tests through to activating a photo booth mechanic with social shares linked to a competition.
Speaking with 3,050 attendees we captured email address of more than one third, and over 50% engaged with both our photo booth and zinc tests. Filming at the Queens event we created a short video for the brand to share on social to promote their sponsorship.
