TransferWise: “We want to break a Guinness World Record”.
Us: “Okay”.
Obviously the record had to be relevant to the company and its objectives. We also wanted to enthuse and engage the TransferWise team to get involved. How could we bring the 350+ team from across the UK, US and Europe together to break a record?
EXPERIENCE
We tacked on to the TransferWise twice-annual companywide ‘Away Days’ and planned a trip to Estonia! Partnering with local suppliers and flying the GWR adjudicator from England we psyched up the team on the first night of their getaway, surprising them with the attempt.
SHARING
We created a new World Record for the Largest Human Currency Symbol with 351 people. With the TransferWise team’s rapid growth (300% in the past 12 months) the record is just asking to be broken year on year!
